Ms. Pathak specializes in executive assessments and succession, diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership development, and competency modeling.
Ms. Pathak is a key member of Korn Ferry’s Inclusive Leader solution design team and has extensive experience delivering Inclusive Leader assessments and coaching for executive leaders and managing large and complex Inclusive Leader client engagements.
She takes a purpose driven approach when working with executives on their development goals. Through insightful questions, and a positive and empathetic style, she facilitates introspection. This enables leaders to expand their self-awareness and maximize impact.
Ms. Pathak has worked with clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, finance, pharma, medical equipment, food, and agriculture.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pathak was a Senior Consultant at Data Solutions. She managed clients’ employee survey needs including design, implementation, analysis, presentation of key insights to leadership and recommendations for action planning.
In her role as an organizational effectiveness manager at Infosys Technologies Ltd., she managed the organization’s performance appraisal process, annual employee opinion survey, 360-degree feedback survey and Infosys’ HR benchmarking efforts.
Ms. Pathak has been a member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and American Psychological Association.
Ms. Pathak holds a doctoral degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Florida Institute of Technology. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
She is certified in Korn Ferry Leadership ArchitectTM, Korn Ferry’s Four Dimensions of Leadership and Talent, Leadership Styles, Organizational Climate, Emotional and Social Competence Inventory, Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential, KF360 and The Inclusive Leadership assessment.
