Jennifer is a Managing Consultant on the Interim Legal Team working strategically with in-house legal departments and law firms to provide interim attorneys for high-performing legal teams.
Jennifer is a seasoned attorney, executive, and entrepreneur with a passion for empowering teams and people to achieve their highest performance and greatest potential.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jennifer worked as a Managing Director for Major, Lindsey & Africa placing attorneys in interim roles with clients in the Southeastern United States. After an early career in politics in Washington, DC, Jennifer joined an AmLaw 100 firm in Los Angeles practicing in Corporate Litigation and Mergers and Acquisitions. She subsequently served as General Counsel at two software companies, culminating her legal career as Global General Counsel for Korber Supply Chain Software, a KKR company. She also founded a company and ultimately had a successful exit to venture capital.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree majoring in International Business and Violin Performance from Drake University and her Juris Doctorate degree from American University’s Washington of Law. She is a member of the California Bar Association, the Nebraska Bar Association, and the Florida House Counsel Association. She serves on numerous Boards for the arts and local foundations.
An avid global learner, she studied and worked in Germany, Austria, Australia, Brazil, New Zealand, and Russia. She speaks fluent German and elementary Russian.
