




Jennifer Williams serves on the global leadership team of Korn Ferry’s Board and CEO Practice and the North America leadership team of its Assessment & Succession and Leadership Development Practice.
She was instrumental in the creation and launch of the firm’s global CEO Succession Practice and currently leads its Strategic Alignment and Success Profile solution.
Ms. Williams helps organizations define what talent they need, understand the talent they have, and close the gaps. She focuses on solving business issues through the creation of strategic success profiles and the assessment and development of executives against those profiles, as well as broader succession management.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Williams worked for a global executive search firm. There, she helped to create and build the company’s Global Chief Marketing Officer Practice, which became the second largest practice in the firm after only two years. She also participated in the Consumer Practice, was a talent manager for the firm’s Chief Advisor Network, and a member of the Senior Associate training faculty.
Previously, she was with Deutsche Bank as an associate in the Equity Research division on the Major Chemicals team.
Ms. Williams earned a bachelor of science degree in human development from Cornell University.
