Mrs. Krause has a successful track record in facilitating and supporting senior leaders and executive teams through significant change and ambiguous, ever-changing environments. She has experience as both a consultant and an internal strategic leader driving and sustaining strategic plan development, executing and aligning resources and strategies and leading progress monitoring systems to help tell stories with data and ensure teams are agile and continuously learning along the way.

Mrs. Krause brings expertise in change management, business transformation, leadership development, DE&I, top teams and organizational design.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mrs. Krause worked for one of the nations largest urban school districts as the Associate Chief of Strategy.  There she advised the senior executive team on rapid decision making during the pandemic, supported the district through governance and leadership changes, led workforce reorganizations and facilitated the alignment of the people strategy to the organizational objectives. Over the course of her career, Mrs. Krause has led major business transformation and change management  initiatives across a wide range of industries and organizations in the public and private sectors.  She has also facilitated and supported Boards, executive teams, and all levels of staff.

Mrs. Krause earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder with an emphasis in Finance and a certificate in International Business.
