Having worked in the staffing and workforce industry for over 20 years, Jenny has a wealth of experience at all levels and across a variety of specialisms, working at a Global level.

Based in the Middle East, Jenny has worked for some of the largest organisations, having full responsibility of their talent acquisition strategy, with particular focus on EMEA, APAC and the US.

Since working for Korn Ferry this past 2+ years, Jenny has held Global responsibility for the AstraZeneca account, delivering 3,500 hires across 17 countries whilst leading a team of 70 staff based in multiple locations.

As a result of Jenny’s tremendous leadership and ability to truly partner with her clients, AstraZeneca has been one of Korn Ferry’s fastest growing accounts to date, an achievement she is immensely proud of.

Throughout her career, Jenny has gained extensive experience in, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), in-house Talent Management, Outsourcing, Early Careers, Change Management in addition to successfully running significant transformation projects to further enhance the Talent Acquisitions strategy for the organisations she has supported.

Whilst Jenny has worked across all sectors over the years, a large proportion of her career has been within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Financial market, with a focus on volume hiring.

Jenny is well equipped to strategically execute effectiveness across multiple business lines, working in collaboration with all her clients and colleagues to ensure service excellence is at the fore.
