Jenny is a Principal in the Sales, Marketing & Digital Center of Expertise. Ms. Mosher is responsible for growth of the Sales, Marketing & Digital practice through client development, engagement execution, and thought leadership.

Jenny brings long-term value for our organization from customers, markets, and relationships. She has depth of experience with both organizations and agencies and is responsible for driving candidate engagement and providing a positive experience for clients and candidates alike. Her goal is to be instrumental in the growth of both a candidate’s career and a client’s talent pool.

Jenny is a people first, results-oriented professional, with an outstanding track record of success throughout her career. She possesses strong strategic planning, communication, and creative problem-solving skills that have been developed throughout the course of her professional life. She has a passion for optimizing talent, creating exceptional client relationships, delivering world class candidate experiences, and driving positive change throughout the entire Client engagement.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Professional Search, Jenny was a Managing Director at a Chicago based boutique search firm. She was tasked with leading mid to senior level searches while also developing new business. Ms. Mosher started out in advertising right out of college then moved into search. She took time off to raise her children and re-joined the search industry 10 years ago. 

Jenny has a successful track record of recruiting mid-market to executive leadership across a wide variety of industries including Financial, B2B, Consumer, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, CPG, Technology, Higher Ed & Nonprofit, Media & Entertainment.

Jenny’s experience is complimented by her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Dayton. When Jenny is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. Jenny and her family reside in the northern suburbs of Chicago.
