Known for her relationship-driven approach, Jenny builds long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates, leveraging an extensive network and deep market knowledge to connect organizations with exceptional leadership talent. She advises clients on navigating complex talent challenges and aligning leadership capabilities with business objectives, serving as a trusted partner throughout the search process and beyond.

Jenny brings a diverse professional background spanning advertising, marketing, business development, and executive search. This broad perspective enables her to understand the evolving needs of organizations and connect with leaders across industries and functions.

She has successfully recruited mid-market and executive-level talent across Financial Services, Consumer Products, Healthcare, FinTech, Technology, Higher Education, Nonprofit, and Media & Entertainment sectors.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jenny was a Managing Director at a Chicago-based boutique search firm, where she led mid to senior-level search engagements while driving business development and client growth initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held roles in advertising and media, providing firsthand insight into the functions and leaders she now helps clients recruit and develop.

Jenny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from the University of Dayton. She resides in the northern suburbs of Chicago with her husband and four children.
