Fueled by chai tea, Jill brings order to chaos and connects dots. She brings to Korn Ferry over 20 years of business, sales and marketing experience. A former journalist, she is a storyteller and innovative strategist with a successful track record of unifying companies from the inside out, bringing together acquired brands, developing a go-to-market approach, and aligning operationally to deliver a resonant, tech-enabled brand experience to achieve better business outcomes.
She joins Korn Ferry from global industrial advisory DEKRA, where she was most recently senior vice president and head of business innovation and strategic marketing. Prior to this she held senior marketing, innovation and business management positions at Ipsos, NPD and Gallup and sat behind the anchor desk at NBC and other television networks across Louisiana, Kansas, and New York.
Jill earned a BA in Journalism from University of Texas and an MBA from Cornell.
