He has a proven track record as a Supply Chain leader. With ownership of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and leading a variety of transformative projects, Jim has developed a unique ability to cultivate a trust-based culture while improving business performance.
Jim has extensive experience influencing commercial change and leading collaboration across a broad base of roles and business functions. Mr. Albrecht is skilled at managing continuous improvement across people in parallel with fit-for-purpose processes and technology that drive organizational efficiency and workflow improvements anchored in analytical problem solving, adaptability and agility.
Mr. Albrecht has built his operating model, supply chain and project management skillsets over ten years of consulting for one of the world’s largest management consulting firms and over five years as Director of Sales and Operations Planning at U.S. Steel and Lydall.
Jim earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
