With career experience in both manufacturing and recruiting, Jimmy brings a comprehensive, well-rounded perspective while leading the Professional Search, Supply Chain and Operations COE. Consultative and organized, he provides high-level service to his clients and candidates while efficiently and effectively leading his team to success.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jimmy spent 15 years in many different facets of manufacturing and recruiting. He has held roles of increasing responsibility in Operations/Supply Chain Management and Recruiting. Throughout his career, Jimmy has provided strategic oversight for a $27M plant expansion among many other accomplishments, allowing him to develop a deep understanding of manufacturing and how the many roles function within a plant. After nearly a decade, Jimmy began his recruiting career with Orion in 2015. Quickly establishing a stellar reputation for himself in the industry, he was named the top billing rookie JMO recruiter for 2015 at Orion.
Jimmy joined Lucas Group in 2016 as a Managing Partner in the Manufacturing practice group. Jimmy was charged with leading and growing the Cincinnati Manufacturing team while also continuing to run a full recruiting desk. With a focus on sourcing strategic-level manufacturing talent, he works to fulfill complex hiring needs for mid-tier to Fortune 500 corporations. A clear strategy and process when going to market allow Jimmy and his team the ability to provide the best customer service possible. Additionally, his hands-on experience in many of the roles for which he recruits helps give him a much better sense of the ideal fit.
A graduate of the United States Army Ranger School in Fort Benning, Jimmy continued his service as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army until 2007. He holds a degree in Political Science from Northern Kentucky University where he played on the soccer team all four years; he is also a five-time Ironman finisher.
