James "Jim" Ringer is a Senior Client Partner in the Dallas office of Korn Ferry with responsibilities for some of Korn Ferry's most important Global Life Sciences clients.
Mr. Ringer brings more than 25 years of experience supporting companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer healthcare industries.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Ringer was a Client Account Leader for Accenture managing the relationship for a $10 billion subsidiary of one of Accenture's most important Life Science clients. He began his 5 year career at Accenture as a Management Consultant focused on Marketing Innovation and Operations Transformation.
Mr. Ringer started his career at Eli Lilly and Company. During his distinguished 20 year career, he held sales, marketing and general management leadership positions in Lilly's U.S. and International Businesses. In his last role at Eli Lilly, he was the US Champion for Lilly's twenty plus person Lean Six Sigma Deployment.
During the three years Jim spent in South Africa as the Lilly General Manager, he served as Chairman of Innovative Medicines of South Africa (Industry Trade Association), where he helped lead a successful industry challenge to a government reference pricing program. Additionally, he served as Chairman of the Board of the American International School of Johannesburg where he oversaw the expansion of the Johannesburg and Pretoria campuses.
Mr. Ringer has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in History from Princeton University.
