His specialties cover not only domestic organization/HR advancement but also globalization and M&A related growth agenda, where he helps Korean and global clients to advance their organization and best HR practices competing against specific market players.  He has advised over 300 M&A/globalization cases for HR issues and risk management from DD, closing to long-term PMI.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Korea, he was a global partner/SVP at Mercer Korea. Before that he worked at IBM Korea and Arthur Andersen Korea specializing in strategy, marketing and HR consulting. He holds BA and MBA from Korea University and completed executive M&A course at Wharton School.  He is a frequent lecturer for private business academy and education institutions and was an adjunct professor at Hansung university.
