Prior to joining Korn Ferry, João honed his expertise in corporate Human Resources at a prominent multinational corporation, where he applied Korn Ferry’s methodologies firsthand. Furthermore, he led organization and workforce transformation efforts in the New England market at another renowned management consulting firm.

João earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology and master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He brings an international perspective and personal leadership experience, having served on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations in both Europe and North America.
