Jocelyn works with senior leadership teams to drive business success through the power of unleashing their people’s potential and performance.

Jocelyn has over 24 years’ experience in both Human Capital consulting as well as working in senior People and Culture roles across a variety of industries.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Jocelyn was the Director of People and Culture in the education sector for five years, and prior to that she was the Talent and Reward Practice Lead for New Zealand for a leading human capital organisation.

Jocelyn is a registered organisational psychologist and has a Masters’ degree in Business Psychology (1st class honours) from Massey University, as well as a Bachelors’ degree in Psychology from the University of Waikato.

Jocelyn is passionate about understanding and honouring tikanga Māori in all she does and has attained Level 4 Te Reo Māori through Te Whare Wānanga o Aotearoa.
