With over a decade of experience spanning executive search, P&L ownership, team development, and client strategy, Joel has built a reputation for guiding organizations through periods of rapid innovation and talent transformation. His focus areas include electronic components, automotive, automation, manufacturing machinery, and emerging e-mobility technologies. 

Joel’s leadership includes overseeing quality assurance on client projects, defining performance KPIs (including NPS, fill rates, and revenue metrics), creating hiring roadmaps, and scaling key accounts.
