Coming with a diverse background ranging from key leadership roles as a Calvary Officer in the U.S Army, managing a ~7MIL business unit for Michelin (TCI) to being a Director of Business development for a leading technology company, John has a track record of outperforming his peers.

To name a few accomplishments, John was the #1 ranked Officer in his final military evaluation, and he also turned revenue from red into black for a premier business unit for Michelin that had not turned a profit in years.

John came to Korn Ferry in 2017 as an Executive Search Consultant in the Professional Search Supply Chain & Operations practice. John sources leading talent for top employers across the United States. By building strategic partnerships with his clients and candidates, he can make long-term matches grounded in mutual respect and trust. He enjoys having the ability to connect with individuals and align their interests and causes together.

John is currently a Managing Consultant, where he covers the various needs in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS. He is also a high-ranking member in our supply chain & operations practice group and has led the way into diversifying our core strengths in manufacturing, production, distribution, and procurement within this vertical. His team has an average of 12 years of experience in recruiting.

John holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Sociology from Texas Christian University. He graduated with Honors in his degree and is also a Distinguished Military Graduate- reserved for the top 10% of U.S. Officers who commission each year. Additionally, he served 2 tours in support of Iraqi Freedom campaign, which resulted in 2 Bronze Stars.
