As a member of Korn Ferry’s Life Sciences search business, Mr. Gatta brings a broad pharmaceutical and biotechnology background to drive success for new and existing Korn Ferry clients. His approach to clients is thoughtful and transparent, exemplified through targeted talent delivery tailored for each client’s specific needs.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Gatta was R&D and Commercial search practice leader at a boutique retained life sciences recruitment firm based in New York.

Mr. Gatta has experience attracting a diverse range of talent, ranging from Venture Capital start-ups to Fortune 500-level companies, with a concentration in the areas of CMC/Technical Operations, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Platform/Portfolio Leadership, and Program Management.

Mr. Gatta obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biometry & Statistics from Cornell University.
