Mr. Rini is responsible for driving candidate development through top tier sourcing strategies, recruiting top talent, and creating a positive experience for both candidates and clients alike. Additionally, Mr. Rini is responsible for client development and managing end to end search projects for his clients. His goal is to be instrumental in the growth of both a candidate’s career, and a client’s talent pool.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Rini was a Vice President for an Executive Search Firm where he focused in placing Sales and Marketing professionals throughout the Midwest and strategically throughout the United States. With his last firm he was focused on building, developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients as well as recruiting mid-market to executive leadership professionals in the Industrial, Consumer, Digital, and Retail industries.

Mr. Rini believes in being targeted, proactive, and aggressive when working with clients and candidates. He brings a level of high energy and excitement to every engagement he works on and every relationship he builds.

Prior to entering the world of Executive Recruitment, Mr. Rini spent 7 years in collegiate coaching and another year working in the NFL. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Ashland University in Sport Communications and an MBA in Sport Management from Tiffin University.
