With more than 15 years professional experience, John works across sectors in recruiting Chief Legal Officers, General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officers, and their direct reports who serve as trusted advisors and integral members of the executive leadership teams of public and privately-owned companies, including Fortune 500, small and mid-cap companies, and start-ups. 

Prior to Korn Ferry, John was President & Chief Recruiting Officer of Abacus Legal Management, a boutique legal recruiting firm he founded in 2012. He began his executive recruiting career with a larger regional executive search firm in the Finance & Accounting Division in 2008.

John is a talent advocate who enjoys pairing his ability to leverage his network of talent with the needs of his clients, bringing a value add ultimately contributing to the continued growth and success of his team and client partners.
