Mr. Atherton brings over nine years of consulting experience focused on organisation development and effectiveness to develop talent and improve team and organisation performance.
His experience includes leadership assessment and development, strategic talent management, culture change, and change management in both the private and public sectors.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Atherton was an executive within Accenture's Management Consultancy business. During this time Mr. Atherton worked across industries focusing on organisation strategies, and talent and organisation effectiveness.
Mr. Atherton's cross-industry experience has led him to work with a number of leading global and local organisations across major industries including financial services, technology, resources, pharmaceuticals, and the public sector.
Mr. Atherton is a member of the British Psychological Society and has a BPS Certificate of Competency in Occupational Testing Level A and Level B.
He holds a master's degree in occupational psychology from Goldsmiths College, University of London, and a bachelor of science degree from the University of Reading.
