At LeaderStat, he spearheaded business development, originating and executing searches for both for-profit and non-profit aging service clients across the country. Jon also managed various healthcare business lines, including interim leadership and RPO.

During his time, he worked placing executives and emerging leaders to include Chief Executive Officers and Executive Directors, in addition to functional leaders including Clinical, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Technology and Operations.

Before joining LeaderStat, Jon worked at an executive search firm specializing in national healthcare clients on a retained basis. His responsibilities included developing new business, leading searches, and fostering team success.

Jon holds a BS in Business Administration from Hanover College. He has been involved in various aging services associations speaking on leadership topics including succession planning, executive onboarding and leadership development.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, Jon lives with his wife and three children. You might spot him cheering at his kids' soccer games or enthusiastically supporting dance competitions. Jon enjoys endurance events like competing in Ironman events and marathons. He also is quite the car enthusiast.
