Jonathan brings 10 years of experience in search and assessments in the information technology industry, working cross-sector across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has completed many engagements helping organizations attract, assess and retain their leadership teams for private, quoted and PE backed companies.

He specializes on digital and new technologies environment, helping established and digital native companies, pure-players and start-ups finding new leverage for their international development.

Operating within R&D, Professional Services, Marketing or Commercial functions, he  has recruited within a number of job families including Software Development, Services Delivery plus a variety of commercial, sales & marketing leadership positions at both an account and regional basis.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jonathan began his career as a technology researcher in a French recruitment boutique and as a Manager in a large international recruitment company. He led recruitment projects for CIO's, software and telecommunications companies.

Mr. Lienhardt graduated from Centrale Marseille (ESIM) in 2004 and the IAE of Aix en Provence  in 2005.

He is fluent in English and French.
