Jonathan has over 25 years of experience in Corporate HR leadership and management consulting across the Asia Pacific region. Before joining Korn Ferry, Jonathan was a Partner and Consulting Lead at Heidrick & Struggles, Hong Kong.
Prior to that he was at KPMG for 10 years leading HR Transformation and delivered a number of complex global HR transformation and culture change projects. One of the key strategic projects undertaken was the Future of HR study for CLP Group at a pivotal time of changing leadership, and Jonathan served as the lead Engagement Partner for this project.
Jonathan’s expertise lies in aligning global talent with strategic business goals, delivering impactful results for clients. Jonathan excels in guiding organizations through transformation with the People agenda at the forefront, and driving refinement and alignment between people, organization and culture.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan worked as a Management Consultant for IBM Global Business Services in Australia and China, where he built the HR transformation consulting business to service client needs. He then pivoted to senior HR Business Partner roles and worked for Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse with Asia Pacific coverage.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Maths and Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney and an EMBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He also completed a Business Analytics Program at Harvard.
