Prior to this role he was responsible for Korn Ferry's RPO, Projects and Consulting Services in the EMEA region. He was also responsible for Korn Ferry's Talent Acquisition Advisory Consulting team, which provides clients with diagnostic, benchmarking and consulting services. During this time Jonathan designed and implemented a number of global and regional RPO solutions, including for Vodafone, Blackberry, Wabco and Atos.
Jonathan's first role with Korn Ferry in 2011, was EMEA RPO Operations Director where he was responsible for operational performance in key EMEA clients such as Apple, Atos, Cummins, Dolby, XL Insurance and Takeda.
Jonathan has over 15 years experience in Recruitment and Talent Management Consulting. Before joining Korn Ferry he worked at another RPO provider where he took strategic and operational responsibility for outsourced EMEA resourcing functions for organisations such as Vodafone, Bank of America and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He also developed and managed the Assessment and Selection consulting practice.
Mr. Brown started his career in Talent Management at SHL (CEB) Group, in the UK and New Zealand, where he delivered assessment and development consulting to public and Fortune 500 companies.
Initially Jonathan was a Graduate Trainee at Tata Steel.
