Jonathan is responsible for the configuration, customisation, deployment and on-going Delivery Services related to Korn Ferry's A&S/L&PD platforms & workshops on a global basis.
Prior to this role Jonathan was Managing Director, EMEA Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), responsible for Korn Ferry's RPO and Projects delivery across EMEA.
Jonathan has held a range of other roles at Korn Ferry including VP, Global Solutions in KF RPO. This role's focus was on ensuring the design, implementation and continuous improvement of best-practice Talent Acquisition solutions on a global basis. He was also responsible for KF's Talent Acquisition Advisory Consulting team, which provides clients with benchmarking and consulting services.
Mr Brown's first role with Korn Ferry in 2011 was EMEA RPO Solution Design & Operations Director, where he was responsible for operational performance in key EMEA clients.
Mr Brown has over 20 years experience in Talent Consulting & Outsourcing. Before joining Korn Ferry he worked at a global RPO provider where he took strategic and operational responsibility for outsourced EMEA & Global resourcing functions for high profile organisations in the Technology, Finance and Consumer Industries. He also developed and managed the Assessment and Selection Consulting practice.
Mr Brown started his career in Talent Management at SHL Group, in the UK and New Zealand, where he delivered assessment and development consulting to public and Fortune 500 companies.
Initially Jonathan was a Graduate Trainee at Tata Steel.
Jonathan has a joint honours degree in Business & Human Geography from Leeds University and a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of London. He is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
