As Chief People and Legal Officer of Korn Ferry, he leads a broad set of global functions spanning the human capital landscape, the global legal agenda, corporate governance, corporate responsibility and business affairs. He was an attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP prior to joining Korn Ferry.
Jonathan has been recognized by the National Association of Corporate Directors, Corporate Secretary Magazine, the Corporate Governance Annual Awards, the Los Angeles Business Journal and M&A Advisor, and was named one of the world's Top 50 Corporate Counsel.
He holds a B.S. from Cornell University and a J.D. from UCLA, chairs the Board of the Korn Ferry Charitable Foundation and serves on Cornell's ILR School Alumni Association board.
