Jong Pil Won

Jongpil is a seasoned business leader with over 27 years of experience in industries and management consulting. He has built broad and strong relationships with C-level executives of Korea's major conglomerates and leading private equity firms.

His diverse experiences span multiple industries, including manufacturing, automotive (OEMs and suppliers), construction, petrochemicals, heavy industry, power equipment, B2B distribution, and ICT. Jongpil's expertise covers a wide range of corporate management and management consulting skill sets.

Prior to joining the firm, Jongpil held several c-level positions including COO/CSO at LG Serveone, CSO at Hankook Tire, Senior Vice President of New Business at GS Global, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning at DL Group. He was also a Partner at Oliver Wyman and held various roles at Monitor Group and Arthur D. Little.

He leads direct sales to top executives (CEO/CSO/CFO) at major conglomerates such as GS, LG, Hyundai, and SK, as well as value-up project sales to leading domestic private equity firms. He has strong expertise in strategy execution (change management), organizational structure, governance, turn-around, M&A/PMI, and operation excellency.

Jongpil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Korea University in Seoul, Korea.
