He brings over 15 years of experience across legal services, sales leadership, and technical recruiting. He’s known for being straightforward, solutions‑oriented, and deeply invested in understanding how each client’s legal function actually works—so he can align them with the right people at the right time. His background includes working with both Fortune 500 companies and high‑growth organizations navigating complex regulatory and operational demands.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Josef served as a Senior Sales Manager at Axiom, where he advised clients on legal resourcing strategy and helped scale their access to on‑demand legal talent. Earlier in his career, he held recruitment roles with Sierra Hamilton and The Barracuda Group, focusing on technical, regulatory, and operational hiring in highly specialized markets. He began his career in Germany with Debevoise & Plimpton, supporting multinational litigation and data-intensive legal matters.
He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Occidental College.
