In this role, Josh is responsible for the development of client relationships and the execution of retained engagements. Josh supports complex retained search and multi search efforts across enterprises in the Industrial Manufacturing Sector, including Packaging, Ingredients, Chemicals, Plastics, Construction Materials, and Diversified Manufacturing, etc. He also specializes in supply chain and operations, engineering and manufacturing functional roles.

With over 10 years of professional search experience, he has successfully partnered with companies ranging from Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized and middle market organizations, Private Equity owned enterprises, as well as high growth startups.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Josh was a Partner at a nationally recognized Executive Search firm, where he ran a full desk recruitment efforts, heading up recruitment projects at various leadership levels across North America.

Mr. Seaver graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Communications from the University of Missouri. He currently lives in his hometown of Chicago, IL where he spends his time out of the office watching the beloved Chicago Bears and Cubs.
