Known for his entrepreneurial approach, Joshua helps clients solve complex business problems. He supports several of Patina’s large Manufacturing and Healthcare Insurance clients.

Much of Joshua’s 20+ year career has been spent in both direct business development and sales leadership roles in various segments of the organizational effectiveness industry.

Prior to joining Patina, Joshua was a Business Development Director at an international engagement agency, where he helped large global organizations operationalize behavioral economics to drive employee, sales channel and customer engagement.

Joshua has a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.A. from Boston University, focused on econometric modeling of environmental and business issues. He is also a long-term marathon and triathlon participant, as well as a fundraiser and mentor with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training.
