As leader of Industry Solutions’ Industrial vertical, Joshua helps clients solve operational problems and execute strategy via Industry Practitioners with highly relevant industry experience & expertise.
His clients include heavy equipment, durable goods, automotive, mobility, aerospace & defense and food manufacturers.
As a business strategist and solution provider, much of Joshua’s 25+ years of experience has been spent in both direct business development and sales leadership roles in several segments of the organizational effectiveness industry.
Known for his entrepreneurial approach, Joshua helps clients solve complex business problems. He is highly regarded for his knowledge of the business issues his clients face and ability to optimize their capital expenditure to deliver superior financial outcomes.
Joshua joined Korn Ferry via its 2022 acquisition of Patina Solutions, where he has been since 2016. Prior to joining Patina, Joshua was a Business Development Director at a global marketing & consulting agency, where he helped large organizations operationalize behavioral economics to drive employee, sales channel and customer engagement.
Joshua has a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.A. from Boston University, focused on econometric modeling of energy, environmental and business issues. He is also a long-term Marathon and Triathlon participant, as well as a fundraiser and mentor with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training.
