JP assists clients through custom designing and implementing veteran talent solutions that address needs across the whole human capital spectrum.

Mr. Sniffen builds dynamic teams, creates winning cultures and implements strategies that deliver exceptional results to clients, consultants and candidates.  His personal strengths and career are highlighted by a hands-on approach, focused determination, supportive cross-functional leadership, and analytical problem solving.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, JP was a Senior Vice President for a top 5 professional services and solutions firm that specialized in uniting flexible and direct hire professionals in Technology and Finance & Accounting.  He had a particular emphasis in the financial services sector.

Earlier in his career JP spent over 12 years at one of the largest military talent recruiting firms.  He matriculated through every production role in the firm and was promoted to Senior Partner where he was responsible for the Western half of the U.S.

Mr. Sniffen began his professional career as an Infantry Officer in the Marine Corps.  He served with 3rd BN, 2nd Marines and finished his active career on recruiting duty in St. Louis.

JP earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from The University of Notre Dame in Government and Philosophy.  He has been certified as a “Change Agent” in change management and a “Master Trainer” in sales and recruiting.  Additionally, he has completed Harvard’s VPAL FinTech program.
