He has extensive experience identifying and recruiting senior professionals and international talent across diverse functions including Research & Development, Pre-Clinical & Clinical Development, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Market Access, Marketing, Business Development, Licensing and Sales.
He draws on a strong global network and collaborates with colleagues across business lines and geographies to develop and deliver optimal solutions for his clients.
Prior to joining the professional search industry in 2013, Julien built a successful marketing career within the life sciences sector. He served as Product Manager with the French affiliates of Bristol-Myers Squibb and Omega Pharma before joining Laboratoires Urgo headquarters as Marketing Department Manager. He brings more than 12 years of marketing experience across the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
Throughout his career, Julien has developed broad expertise across reimbursed pharmaceutical products, hospital and retail pharmacy markets, as well as OTC portfolios. He has successfully led new product development projects, working closely with multiple business functions to bring innovations to market. This experience gives him a unique understanding of the industries, functions, and leadership challenges faced by his clients and candidates.
Julien holds a degree from NEOMA Business School. A native French speaker, he is fluent in English.
