Associate Client Partner

Justin is Associate Client Partner, Leadership and Professional Development. He has over 20 years’ experience inspiring, connecting and developing leaders.

Justin’s work has been focused on organizations in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Energy and Aviation sectors, where he’s coached executives on integrating strategy, operations, and talent development.

Justin joined Korn Ferry in 2022 from Danaher, where he was Senior Director, Leadership Development, responsible for its global Accelerated Leadership Development Program (ALP) and Functional Danaher Leadership Program (FDLP) platforms.

Prior to Danaher, Justin was at GE, where he was Director, Executive Leadership Development at the John F. Welch Leadership Development Center.

As part of GE’s commercial excellence initiative, Justin served as the Academic Director of GE’s Global Customer Summit, the Crotonville Fellows – Africa program, and its Leadership Innovation and Strategy program for strategic GE commercial accounts. 

Before joining GE's global learning team, Justin was Managing Principal of GE Healthcare's Performance Solutions' Strategy and Leadership consulting practice. There he directed strategy, solution development, and engagement delivery, helping healthcare clients activate strategy through process discipline and more effective and engaged staff.​

Justin returned to GE after two years as VP of Business Performance in the Emerging Business Division of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation (CCF). In this role, Justin teamed with CCF leadership to develop innovative growth platforms grounded in the patient experience.  ​

Prior to working at the Cleveland Clinic, Justin led GE Healthcare Financial Services’ Customer Programs.

Justin is a certified Master Black Belt and has led Lean Six Sigma teams through working capital improvements. ​

Justin has a B.A., in Liberal Arts from Georgetown University, in Washington, DC.

He lives with his wife and children in the Chicago suburbs.
