Practice Leader, Technology Officers Practice
Justin Martinez leads the North American Technology Officers Practice for Korn Ferry’s Professional Search division.
In this role, Justin is primarily focused on providing support and thought leadership to the teams executing technology engagements across all industry verticals. Overall, Mr. Martinez is responsible for the growth of the practice through team leadership, client development and engagement execution.
Justin has established a successful track-record placing technology, engineering and product leaders within organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to high-growth startups preparing for an IPO. Justin has extensive experience within the following domain areas:
Before joining Korn Ferry, Justin was the Vice President of Recruitment for Solomon Page, where he oversaw business development and executive level recruitment projects across North America. Prior to Solomon Page, Justin spent 5 years with Lucas Group, where he was the Managing Partner of the firm’s Midwest Technology recruitment practice.
Mr. Martinez holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Illinois State University.
