In the industrial sector, she has partnered with foreign manufacturing conglomerates during critical phases of their strategic transformation in China, delivering senior-level placements across sales, brand, supply chain, human resources, legal, and automotive finance. Representative clients include Jaguar Land Rover China and Pratt & Whitney. She also partners closely with fast-growing private enterprises at critical inflection points, steering leadership team upgrades around IPO milestones and spearheading strategic talent acquisition to fuel global expansion. In the digital sector, she advises across the full transformation lifecycle, from initial build-out to scaling, tailoring solutions to each stage.
