Associate Client Partner
Karin is an Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Karin has extensive experience in assessment, leadership development, and coaching of executives from different industries in global organizations. She manages global assessment and leadership development programs.
Karin supports multiple national and international clients in setting up and operationalizing their talent management within the full portfolio of talent strategy consulting, cultural transformation, training, and assessments to create value and ensure best results for our customers.
She works as a coach for senior leaders to support and drive their development. Designing strategic competency models, and customized multi-rater feedback instruments are also part of her portfolio.
Her industrial expertise includes the implementation of large-scale projects on an international level in the sectors life science, consumer goods and services, energy and utilities, healthcare, industrial, IT, technology products and services, telecommuni-cations.
She has several years experience managing European consulting teams.
Karin holds a degree in linguistic and political sciences from the University of Tübingen and has completed postgraduate studies in human resources and organizational development at Verwaltungs- und Wirtschafts-Akademie in Stuttgart. She has a systemic coaching education and is a mediator.
Karin is fluent in English and German.
