Through customized survey programs, Ms. Pellecchia helps clients understand and manage employee engagement in order to drive higher levels of individual performance, reduce turnover among high achievers, and enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. She works closely with clients on all aspects of employee engagement initiatives.
In order to provide true value and lasting, positive change, Ms. Pellecchia partners with her clients to identify their organizations biggest obstacles to employee effectiveness and supports them in developing solutions to these issues.
Ms. Pellecchia brings extensive knowledge of all areas involved in conducting a successful engagement survey. From the onset of the project, she works closely with the client to develop a questionnaire that meets the strategic objectives of the company.
She also is actively involved in all post survey activities through results presentations, focus groups and action planning strategy session facilitation.

Ms. Pellecchia graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor's degree in political science. She also received her M.A. from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in Public Policy with a concentration in statistical analysis.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Pellecchia worked as a Project Director at a pollical polling firm where she managed internal surveys for political campaigns.
