He led the recruitment efforts for the engineering, R&D, operations, and commercial organizations. He became a trusted advisor to the organization and partnered with the executive team to help build out their respective organizations.
Keith has a B.S. degree in Marketing and a B.S. degree in Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.
