Mr. Kunkleman has more than 20 years of consulting experience, primarily with Deloitte Consulting, working domestically and internationally, across multiple industries and a variety of topics, including business strategy, business transformation, global operating models, People Dimensions of Transformations (including change management), governance and decision rights, workforce development, leadership development, executive facilitation, business case and complex program management.
Mr. Kunkleman has 20 years experience in HR leadership roles including CHRO, Business Partner, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Compensation.
Mr. Kunkleman has a bachelors degree from The Ohio State University and has completed studies for his masters in labor and human resources from The Ohio State University.
Mr. Kunkleman has authored and contributed to marketplace eminence including HR Strategy, Finance Organization and Talent Strategies and the People Dimensions of Transformations. He has led and facilitated numerous client-facing workshops and public speaking engagements.
