Kevin is an accomplished Executive Senior Partner in the Human Resources search practice. Among other achievements, like making Diamond Club and Branch of the Year at Lucas Group, he has been a continuous top revenue producer in Human Resources practice for many years.

Kevin sources high-level talent for leading companies throughout the US from our office in Houston, TX. Strategic and fast-paced, Kevin delivers value to our clients and enjoys learning about the local market and beyond.

Kevin came to Lucas Group in 2012 where he  successfully helped companies hire top-notch human resources leaders. He previously worked for  a national Accounting & Finance search firm, spending 10 years in Boston and 5 years in Houston, placing top talent with his clients’ CFO organizational chart. He began his career with Ernst & Young in their Advisory practice, providing audit and pre-IPO services, working with start-ups to global publicly traded companies in a variety of industries including high-tech, industrial, financial services, banking, insurance, retail and healthcare. Kevin additionally worked at TJX, a fortune 500 apparel and home fashions retailer, and Eastern Enterprises, an energy and logistics company, leading financial and operations audits.

Passionate about serving others, Kevin actively volunteers with his community’s volunteer emergency response team. Kevin holds a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
