Kevin Belbin

Managing Consultant, HR COE

Kevin is a Managing Consultant for the Human Resources COE in Korn Ferry’s Professional Search division. 

Kevin sources high-level talent for leading companies throughout the US from our office in Houston, TX. Strategic and fast-paced, he delivers value to our clients and enjoys learning about the local market and beyond. Over the last 13 years here, he has successfully helped companies hire top-notch human resources leaders.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Kevin worked for a national Accounting & Finance search firm, spending ten years in Boston and five years in Houston, placing top talent with his clients’ CFO organizational chart. 

Kevin began his career with Ernst & Young in their Advisory practice, providing audit and pre-IPO services, working with start-ups to global publicly traded companies in a variety of industries including high-tech, industrial, financial services, banking, insurance, retail and healthcare. Kevin additionally worked at TJX, a fortune 500 apparel and home fashions retailer, and Eastern Enterprises, an energy and logistics company, leading financial and operations audits.

Passionate about serving others, Kevin actively volunteers with his community’s volunteer emergency response team. Kevin holds a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
