His background spans military leadership, professional services, learning technologies, talent management, workforce development, and executive advisory roles, providing him with a unique perspective on the intersection of human potential, technology, and organizational performance.

At Korn Ferry, Kevin helps clients leverage the Korn Ferry Talent Suite to build connected, intelligence-driven talent ecosystems. He advises organizations on integrating assessment, leadership development, succession planning, skills intelligence, workforce planning, and talent analytics to improve decision-making, accelerate transformation, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Kevin is particularly passionate about helping organizations prepare for the future of work. He works with executive teams to understand how artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and changing workforce expectations are reshaping leadership, talent strategies, and organizational design. His approach combines technology-enabled innovation with a deep belief that people remain the ultimate catalyst for organizational success.

A retired U.S. Navy officer and Certified Leadership Coach, Kevin is committed to helping leaders unlock the potential of their people and organizations. He also serves on the Corporate Advisory Board of SOME (So Others Might Eat), supporting efforts to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness by creating pathways to stability, opportunity, and long-term success.

Based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Kevin serves clients across North America with a particular focus on public sector, defense, higher education, and mission-driven organizations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and large blended family, pursuing fitness goals, mentoring emerging leaders, and following a wide range of sports.
