As a leadership development expert, Mr. Hudalla takes a collaborative, pragmatic, and values-based, approach. He has extensive experience designing strategically aligned blended learning systems for high potential leaders around the globe. These programs typically include some assessment component, 360-degree feedback, individual and team coaching, online and simulation-based learning, as well as action learning. He delivers high-impact programs on strategy, change leadership, coaching, influence, collaboration/inclusion, and team effectiveness.
With his executive coaching he strives to create partnerships that are transparent, authentic, supportive and yet challenging, in order to help deliver positive outcomes that drive individual and business results. His coaching areas of expertise include high potentials, senior leaders and women executives, and mission-driven organizations, His key focus areas are; role transitions, executive presence, presentation impact and executive teams.
He has worked with a variety of clients in energy and utilities, financial services, manufacturing and retail. He has passion and experience with pharma and healthcare, including hospitals, clinics and particularly with physician leadership.
Previously, Mr. Hudalla was a Director of Global Solutions and Executive Consultant for PDI Ninth House, now a Korn Ferry company. His professional history includes serving as COO and general manager, Jardin, Inc. and vice president sales and marketing, Apples Associates, Inc. He was also a staff psychologist at the Neighborhood Involvement Program in Minneapolis.
He earned his doctoral degree in counseling psychology and bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas and a master's degree in counseling and psychological services from St. Mary's University.
