Mr. Hudalla has worked with a variety of clients in energy and utilities, industrial, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and retail, including many senior executive assessments for large industrial companies.

As an assessment and leadership development expert, Dr. Hudalla takes a collaborative, pragmatic, and values-based, approach. He places strong emphasis on real-time business and leadership situations to ensure learning and positive change transfers to the workplace in meaningful ways.

He has extensive experience designing strategically aligned blended learning systems for executive and high-potential leaders. These global programs typically include  assessment, 360-degree feedback, individual and team coaching, online and simulation-based learning, as well as action learning.

His coaching areas of expertise include high potentials, senior leaders and women executives, leadership teams, and mission-driven organizations.

Previously, Dr. Hudalla was a Director of Global Solutions and Executive Consultant for PDI Ninth House, a legacy Korn Ferry Hay Group company.

His professional history includes serving as COO and general manager, Jardin, Inc. and vice president sales and marketing, Apples Associates, Inc. He was also a staff psychologist at the Neighborhood Involvement Program in Minneapolis, MN.

He earned his doctoral degree in counseling psychology and bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas and a master’s degree in counseling and psychological services from St. Mary’s University, additionally he has a Masters in Divinity from UWSI in KS.
