Senior Client Partner, Real Assets and Industrial Canada

Kevin Nigro is a Senior Client Partner and North American Sector Leader within Korn Ferry’s Professional Search division and leads the division’s Real Assets group across North America. This includes all industries across the entire Infrastructure and Real Estate lifecycle including consulting engineering, infrastructure services, digital infrastructure, real estate, and infrastructure/real estate investments. 

Kevin also leads the Industrial Practice across Canada for the Professional Search division. The industrial practice encompasses clients in the manufacturing, logistics, mining and energy markets. 

Kevin has expertise leading engagements across all corporate and operational functions in Consulting Engineering. He is dedicated to attracting and placing top cross-functional mid-management talent which typically encompasses the Director to C-Suite level.

Prior to his current role, Kevin served as a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry’s North American Industrial practice and was responsible for leading engagements with clients across the Real Assets sector.

Kevin first joined the firm as a project coordinator with Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Development practice out of London, England. This position included managing large scale global projects across multiple sectors whilst managing key clients and providing day to day support and effective resource allocation.

Mr. Nigro holds an honors bachelor of arts degree from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario.
