Kevin specializes in the Real Estate, Construction, Consulting Engineering and Infrastructure Investment industries and has expertise leading engagements across all corporate and operational functions.

Kevin is dedicated to attracting and placing top cross-functional mid-management talent which typically encompasses the Manager, to C-Suite levels.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Nigro served as a Senior Associate in Korn Ferry’s Toronto Office and was responsible for screening and sourcing potential candidates, maintaining strong candidate pipelines, and providing up to date market data and candidate feedback. Additionally, he held responsibility for drafting research strategies and generating target lists.

Kevin first joined the firm as a project coordinator with Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Development practice out of London, England. This position included managing large scale global projects across multiple sectors whilst managing key clients and providing day to day support and effective resource allocation.

Kevin holds an honors bachelor of arts degree from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario.
