Kevin is also a member of the broader North American Real Estate team, specializing in Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure and has expertise in leading engagements across the operational life cycle, including acquisition, development and asset management mandates. â€‹
Kevin is responsible for developing client relationships, while also leading the execution and delivery of single search mandates. He is dedicated to attracting and placing top cross-functional mid-management talent across numerous functions including sales and marketing, human resources, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and legal.â€‹
Prior to his current role, Mr. Nigro served as a Senior Recruiter in RPO and Professional Search in the Toronto Office and was responsible for screening and sourcing potential candidates, maintaining strong candidate pipelines, and providing market data and candidate feedback. Additionally, he held responsibility for drafting research strategies and generating target lists.â€‹
Kevin first joined the firm as a project coordinator with Korn Ferry's Leadership and Talent Development practice in London, England. This position included managing large scale global projects across multiple sectors, while managing key clients and providing day-to-day support and effective resource allocation on all engagements.â€‹
Kevin earned his honours bachelor of arts degree from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario.
