Prior to becoming CFO, she served as a leader for Korn Ferry's Corporate Revenue Center of Excellence team.

Through her various management roles within the organization, Ms. Wong was able to develop strong relationships with its leaders as well as position herself for increased responsibilities by encompassing the company's core values and showcasing an ability to improve performance and processes.

While providing financial guidance and expertise along with a deep understanding of the business, she places a strong emphasis on creating a culture of high achievement that is constantly evolving as well as implementing strategies to encourage teamwork and maximize results.

Ms. Wong received her bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she held a Corporate Accounting role at Electronic Arts, Inc. headquartered in Redwood City, Ca.
