Kirsten came to Korn Ferry in 2011 with over a decade of domestic and international experience in organizational development, HR management, instructional design, and training facilitation.  Her early experiences made her a strong advocate of the value of investing in people to get the best outcomes for organizations.

She has spent her tenure at Korn Ferry developing expertise in our products and leveraging that expertise to design, deliver and implement Korn Ferry certifications.

Kirsten is certified master faculty on a full spectrum of Korn Ferry assessment solutions and invests significant time preparing Korn Ferry consultants and faculty to delivery our solutions and offerings to clients.

She brings extensive instructional design experience; having designed many certifications - using multiple modalities to address the learning needs of varied audiences and stakeholders. 

Kirsten is passionate about creating and delivering interactive, engaging learning experiences that make an impact for participants and their organizations. She brings experience designing and delivering in multiple modalities - synchronous and asynchronous, in-person and online, self-paced and instructor led. 

Kirsten earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Saint Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.

She resides in Minneapolis, MN where she enjoys playing piano, reading, theater, amusement parks, and enjoying the outdoors, whether it be cross country skiing in the winter or biking/hiking in the summer.
