Kishan has a strong focus on (leadership) development programs. He is experienced in the end-to-end management of such programs from the needs analysis to the design, roll-out and implementation stages. He is the engagement manager for several large development programs, with each spanning multiple countries, hierarchy levels and conceptual as well as structural setups.

He is an experienced facilitator, mainly working with middle management to executive populations in small group programs or in large scale facilitation events.

His style of facilitation, which is characterized by his ability to sense the group’s needs and to flexibly adapt to it, as well as his focus on creating a trustful and fun learning environment, is described as highly engaging by his clients.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Kishan has worked in a boutique consultancy specializing in the development and delivery of assessment centers for large clients. He still supports clients in other HR-related solutions such as the development of leadership principles, assessment practices, competency frameworks or cultural transformations.

During his 12+ years in consulting Kishan has acquired expertise within several industries such as FMCG, financial services, automotive, media and pharmaceuticals.

Kishan obtained his masters degree from the London School of Economics in international employment relations and human resource management. Prior to that he studied psychology at the Radboud University in Nijmegen.

He is fluent in German and English.
