Specific industry knowledge goes broad over Consumer (Luxury Goods, CPG, Omnichannel), Industrial (Renewable Energy, Aerospace and Defence) to Technology (Digital transformation and Talent decoding).

Where internal HR or PMO resources are few or reward capabilities are limited, this means actual delivery in expert mode: commentary on trends and issues and process recommendations through small work groups. 

In other cases, this could involve the orchestration of several Korn Ferry resources from the global network to advise on and support company’s local, regional or global initiatives.

But the preferred way of working remains the hybrid one; where in co-creation with the client and involving stakeholders, the best results get delivered.

Graduating as an accountant with a post graduation in marketing, Koenraad continuously kept himself up to date on digital, tax, international business development, business process improvement, organizational design, sales transformation, mergers & acquisitions and leadership development.

Integrating or populating the HRIS systems with KF’s IP to get the most value out of these yearly licenses is a specific competency Koenraad is called in for a lot.
