Kristen Fowler

Managing Consultant, Supply Chain & Operations COE

Kristen is a Managing Consultant for the Supply Chain and Operations Center of Expertise within Korn Ferry Professional Search. She started her career with Korn Ferry in February of 2025. 

In her current role, Mrs.Fowler provides support to clients through the development of search strategies, conducting live market research and identifying and qualifying talent to meet specific talent acquisition needs all while guiding our clients through the consultative search process.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Mrs. Fowler worked at a boutique executive search firm outside of  Detroit for 10 years. She specialized in recruitment for US based manufacturing and supply chain organizations. 

Prior to her time in professional search, Mrs. Fowler worked for Target Corporation supporting store level logistics and merchandising initiatives.

Kristen has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Marketing from Michigan State University and an MBA from Walsh College.
