Kristen is a leader in Korn Ferry’s Work & Career Architecture practice, a global team dedicated to unlocking organizational value through job evaluation and career pathway design.

She regularly partners with CHROs, Talent leaders, Total Rewards leaders, and business executives to turn career mobility ambitions into actionable strategies that enable meaningful and equitable progression.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Kristen was a Director at Accenture, with a decade of experience implementing multiple job evaluation methodologies in Workday. She brings deep expertise in connecting strategic HR goals to technology, leveraging human capital management (HCM) systems and intelligent skilling platforms to guide clients through career architecture decisions.

Examples of her recent work & career architecture projects include:

  • Designing a skills-based talent strategy for a Fortune 500 SaaS company to enable cross-skilling and non-linear career growth.
  • Advising a Fortune 100 financial services firm on job evaluation and embedding a skills-first approach across the employee talent lifecycle.
  • Restructuring absence and leave functions for a major U.S. healthcare system to improve efficiency.

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from NC State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.
