Kristi has partnered with and advised clients on a variety of areas including: human capital strategy, global engagement, leadership development and succession, employee assessment and development, employee value proposition, total rewards strategy, HR transformation, group insurance, institutional investment portfolio reviews and compliance.

She has extensive experience building trusted client relationships and has worked with many Fortune 500 employers as well as state and union groups. 

Kristi serves as a strategic advisor, helping clients accelerate the impact of their people and leadership and helping clients solve business challenges.

She has over 25 years of experience serving clients, including time with Aon, Towers Perrin, Lord Abbett and Prudential Financial. 

Kristi has been recognized by Consulting Magazine as a Top 25 Consultant, by The Morris County Chamber of Commerce as a Leader in Business and by NJBIZ as one of New Jersey’s Best 50 Women in Business for business and community leadership.

In her spare time, Kristi enjoys spending time with her family, especially hiking, kayaking and just being outside.   She also is an active volunteer with Creature Comfort Pet Therapy, serving in the local library and school system as well as at the Morristown Medical Center as part of their Soothing Paws program. 

Kristi holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
