She has extensive experience in domestic and global client relationship management, building relationships based on trust, and has developed relationships with many Fortune 500 employers as well as state and union groups.
Kristi serves as a strategic advisor, helping clients effectively manage and plan for talent risks while aligning talent strategy to the business strategy. She is an experienced leader with a broad and varied background the in the financial services industry with capabilities in multiple areas of human capital and employee benefits including HR strategy, talent, leadership, engagement and total rewards strategy.
She has over 20 years of experience serving clients, including time with Aon, Towers Perrin, Lord Abbett and Prudential Financial.
Kristi has been recognized by Consulting Magazine as a Top 25 Consultant, by The Morris County Chamber of Commerce as a Leader in Business and by NJBIZ as one of New Jersey's Best 50 Women in Business for business and community leadership.
Kristi holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
