Combining the perspective of both advisor and operator, Kristina works with senior leaders to improve organizational performance, navigate change, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Her expertise in business intelligence, analytics, and AI helps organizations make better use of growing volumes of customer, workforce, and operational data.
She is the author of Office Osmosis: What They Learned (But You Didn't): The Invisible Curriculum of Career Success and serves as adjunct faculty in Entrepreneurship & Leadership Development.
She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, from Michigan State University.
