Lara joined Korn Ferry in 2016 and quickly made her mark at the company, exceeding goals and expectations and making strategic placements within her first two months at the firm. With a strong sense of urgency, she works efficiently to find the ideal talent to meet the needs of her clients and candidates. Knowing that things can rapidly change in executive recruiting, Lara stays in close contact with all parties to keep everyone informed of the process. Using her background in and knowledge of psychology, Lara is able to form deep relationships with her clients and candidates that yield long-term, successful placements.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Lara was Director of Sales with a third-party logistics company, focused on the small to medium-sized business sector. With a fast sales cycle and process, the experience allowed her to develop an abundance of patience which she has carried over to her recruiting practice. Lara holds a degree in Psychology from The Catholic University of America.
